The other night while I was cooking supper, Eli decided to provide entertainment to me by jumping around and trying out some break dance moves. As he flung himself into the air I see that there is no way for him to land this outrageous move. When I hear his body hit the hardwood floor with a thunk I gasp and asked him: "are you alright?".
He stands up, grabs his side and says in Eli style: "OH, MY PANCREAS!"
I have to say this completely caught me off guard so I follow up: "......What did you say???"
Eli looks a bit puzzled by my question and says again "oh, my pancreas".....that's when the laughter hit....that's what I thought he said...but figured my ears were playing tricks on me!
